FSM Group has been leading the long-term planning and development of fuel supply infrastructure for the Vancouver International Airport since 2005. With continued airport growth, and declines in local fuel supply, the need has arisen to develop new delivery infrastructure beyond the airport’s boundaries.

FSM Group is managing the $150 million project that includes a marine terminal, fuel receiving facility, and pipeline that will supply 100 per cent of the fuel required for the airport. The project was granted an Environmental Assessment Certificate by the Government of British Columbia and the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, allowing FSM Group to pursue detailed design and construction of the project, which is expected to be completed by 2020.
