Project Management

We are project development and delivery experts for strategic aviation fuel and aircraft de-icing infrastructure across Canada.

Project Services

Whether the project is valued at $100k or $350M

FSM develops the project plan and business case, leads the environmental impact assessment and secures regulatory permits, then follows through with the management of design, construction and commissioning.

Aviation fuel delivery and de-icing infrastructure must perform as planned, day in and day out when it comes to ensuring that passengers and cargo get from point A to point B safely and on time. Project design must address infrastructure integrity, cost efficiency, operability, maintainability and sustainability.

We take the time upfront to identify and understand stakeholder impacts relating to the infrastructure we construct. We have a proven history of working proactively with airlines, operators, airport and port authorities, First Nations, regulatory agencies and local communities in translating and integrating these needs into project requirements. We evaluate a broad range of commercial and technical aspects when planning out the project development process.

Working as a strong team of multidisciplinary professionals, we are able to provide direction to the design process addressing the project life cycle from feasibility to decommissioning. We manage the design process, coordinating the efforts of multiple third-party consultants.

FSM’s Project Management team is comprised of professionals with diverse engineering and construction backgrounds, many of whom are qualified Project Management Professionals (PMPs). We are proficient in methodologies and systems that ensure projects are executed within budget and on schedule
